The Saint
Paul University Surigao (SPUS) is a Roman
Catholic private university run by the Sisters of Saint Paul of Chartres in
Surigao City, Philippines.
History
It has two
campuses: the main campus in the heart of Surigao City (which
houses the academic units and offices) and the
Luna Campus at Brgy. Luna (which
houses the high school and grade school).
SPUS became
the first university in the Caraga region and is identified as the center for
development in teacher education and the regional center for Gender and
Development, it being the seat of CARAGA Women's resources center established
in 1906.

Seal
The
University Seal is the insignia of the St. Paul
University Surigao. The Seal was adapted from the coat
of arms of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres (SPC) the founder
and the owner of St. Paul University Surigao and other
Paulinian institutions.
VISION
SPU Surigao
is a Paulinian community of learners and believers impelled by the charism and
spirituality of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres form Christ-centered,
Integrated, competent and responsible persons in the service of the Church and
society.

our vision, in union with Mary, our Model and St. Paul, our
patron, we endeavor to become a preferred educational community, proclaim Jesus
